SAVTE has joined the Good Work Partnership managed by South Yorkshire Housing Association which covers the Sheffield City Region.
Good Work is a person-centred employment service for people with physical and mental health conditions, learning disabilities and complex needs. It’s based on the Individual Placement Support model, providing a bespoke support package to individuals to help them achieve their learning and work goals.

SAVTE English Language tutors support individuals across Sheffield City Region (Sheffield, Chesterfield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster and Bassetlaw) providing a range of skills development according to customers’ needs including ESOL, Functional Skills English and embedded IT skills – all carefully tailored to be both practical and relevant to a learners’ employment goals.
The provision is delivered in non-classroom settings – for example, one-to-one coaching sessions at home or local community venues.
